Week Templates

It is just available in Solea Version4.

You can open "Week Templates" window by clicking <Template Module>/<Week Templates...> from the main menu.

Defining clock templates is the 4th step of Version4 style Song Scheduling (2nd step was Defining Song Categories, 3rd step was Defining Clock Templates).

Week Templates window consists of 2 panes.

Left Pane:

It is a Grid where the week template headers are inserted, updated and deleted.

You can activate a week template as default by selecting it from the LookupCombobox at the bottom of the pane.

Default Week Template will be considered when preparing and completing a clock on Radio On-Air Panel PRO.

You can create a new Week Template by applying following steps.

•Go to Left Pane.

•Insert a new row by using Popup Menu.

•Give a code for the week template. Template name is optional.

•Go to second pane (Right Pane) and edit the cells.

•Save the changes.

Right Pane:

It is a Grid where the days of a week and hours of a day take place in.

You can assign predefined Clock Templates to the cells.

Remarks:

•You can assign a clock template to the cells of the right pane by selecting from the LookupCombobox of the cell, or you can drag & drop a clock template from the Clock Templates window.

•You can copy and paste a whole day in right pane by using Popup Menu.
